tired tired tired
my first ever half marathon
pure tiredness
wasnt prepared for it at all
first 10km was already quite bad
stil had another 11km more
and i was have cramps almost every km
so bad to an extent that when i push myself even though i had the cramp jsut to run pas the finish line
it became so bad that i couldnt move
so yah
there i was
10m after the finish line
not moving
and the army guys seirously did not know what to do
he told me to lie down
then kept shouting for medic
oh god
my cramps were like killing me already la
sort of raise my voice at them to help me relax my muscles

whats worst is that the little sleep made me tire myself out even faster

there are many ways to describe how our walk with God should be
i guess mine is like us standing on the train
not holding the bars
just standing there
always, we think that we are stable
we wont fall even if there is a very strong shake
but we are so wrong
just a gentle shake from the cabins and it can send us falling from one side to another
likewise our walk
we often think we are strong
we tel ourselves
i dont need any support
but the fact is that we need
thats where the pole comes in
to me it symbolises spiritual covering/ family
when he hold onto the pole
we realise we are more stable
we are less unlikely to fall
the same principle goes into our walk
the family strengthens us
builds us up for God's work
about 2 or 3 weeks ago
if im not wrong
there is a sermon
about this too!
about us using the spiritual family to draw us close or smth
