back to hot, sunny and busy singapore

back in singapore after i arrive, the next day i have a hotel stay

2 weeks from that i have PA cup and shortly after that i have my Sundown Marathon, which i have yet to train!

exercising stil seems to be difficult here

tired like shit

everyday sleep around 1 or 2

waking up around 7 plus to prepare breakfast

exercising seems a chore here

i dont even dare to step on the weighin machine now

its week 3 and life here is slack as hell

slacking feels terrible

anyway my results are horrible

dont bother asking cause i wont tell

sundown is about a month away

PA race is just 2 weeks after i come back

everyone fitness is soaring high except mine

ive been eating and gobbling down food like nobody business

even jon says i look rounder on my face now

flying is tired

i took 2 days to reach dublin

a 13 hour flight which i slept the whole way through

so much that i missed a supper

which was steak

tsk!

had 10h transit at germany

so we went gai gai around

quite boring actually

2h flight onto a mini airplane

slept thru also

haha

in my hostel now

its cold like mad

talk macham smoking

hahah

im tired

will continue more another day

i swear i hate this trip

id rather stay behind to spend some time

but yeah

i dont like what im hfeeling now

hope i have a very fun trip there though
