so we ended up @ their macs studyin

then we were continually chased away by the cleanin auntie that always wants to clean the fan above us wherever we shift to

decided to take bus to amk lib

here's the embarassin part

we reached the gate to the bustop

but we thought it was locked caus the sign shows that its open till 2pm only

and its alr 3 plus

so we decided we had to go one big rd

then we saw nyp students walkin in tt direct

so stalk them lo

then guess what

there was smth to press by the corner to open the gate!

smart eh

ended up studyin at compass

yeah

then i went hc haus to slp for a while

lol!

then go ken's place

celebrated his bdae there

his church ppl are real nice

i was with the chimneys

then went to eat fishball for supper

suddenly got accident sia

cabbed home

sunday

woke up early

had to head down to punggol for punggol central run

so bus down to mrt

to realise tt first train to punggol is in half an hour time

so i decided to take cab

BUT i couldnt flag a single one! mind you its 6 plus alr

no cab along the main road

fantastic eh

so i decided to call cab

Comfort put me on hold for pretty long

i decided to hang up

called SMART instead

managed to reach operator

before he put me back to the machine which just repeats "please hold while we search for cabs"

guess what

it hanged up on me

i was doubly pissed

decided to try my luck at the train

and thank god i didnt have to wait too long before it came

walked under the rain to alex haus

the lightning scares the shit out of me man

dropped stuff at his haus

then headed to start point

5km run under the rain

pfft!

2nd run under rain

dam suay

5km felt rather long

hahha

didnt know why either

oh wells

completed it

then went alex haus to grab my stuff

his mom's very nice

she bought for me breakfast

i ta pao it into my bag and went kallang

cabbed there

the uncle anyhow go sia

not say anyhow

anyway last training for the season liao lo!

after that then went for svc

was extremly tired

bus ed home

then just rot at home

similarly, as i made the prayer to God askin him to help me in my studies

he gives only the opportunity, not the sudden understanding or knowledge

so, God only helps those that help themselves

hmmm
alot has been spoken during the camp
and it has already been tested
decision-making is never a easy thing
since its my blog, i will just share it honestly here
this sunday, i will have 3 events going on
1) Mount Faber Run
2) Kiyah Splash Training
3) Church

this week, church starts at 9.
mt faber run flags off at 730 and i would pass the finishin line around 830
i wouldnt be able to make it to church in time
kiyah splash training is 830am
in other words, all events clash together
i know the very right thing to do is to go to church
i can even quote that matt 6:33 says so
but there's this very big part of me that wants to go for training because i might have a chance to row in the upcoming competition
seriously, i can justify every excuse i have for not gg church with a biblical statement
i guess thats where ur head knowledge is a nusiance
i've yet to decide
but seriously, im 75% bent on gg trng

anyway, last night went to meet xb,jonathan,brenda,eugenia and xianglin @ bugis
went shoppin
but actually it wasnt much of Guys shoppin
but more of Girls shoppin

hoho!

thats my new paddle

now have to reinforce the paddle

but since i have it now

beats not having one

came back from cluster camp last night

spent the night writing appreciation notes like mad

oh gosh

then went trng the next day

had my time taken

250m sprint ONE man boat time: 2m24s

guess what was out coach timin 1m54s

anyway its like to boat take time tog

sort of race

i felt my starts were good

i was leadin at the start

mayb caus i had the strength advantage

but along the way i couldnt maintain

transited to long and i lost alot of power there

that was when he over took

went real long

hmmm

i felt i could do better

cluster camp was fun! with all the young kiddos and the rest

esp sarah. fun leader

and built sandcastles

so they were givin out 20% off discount vouchers

and a free tuky tuky

the studs for personalising

i only paid 10 bucks for mine

while the rest was paid by lulu and jess as my overdue bdae present

anyhow chose the crystal

abit ah gua

but canot be bothered la

queued for 45 mins to get that crystal in man

after that it rained like mad

then my embarassing umbrella caused them to burst into laughter

was drenched like mad even though had an umbrella

finally bought a proper umbrella at giordano

oh ya,forgot to mention that i continually bump into krystal,pau and juli in town

anyway i realise cotton on sell pretty nice cheap clothes

after tt went home

rest abit

got ready for Sundown Marathon

met peter and may at my haus bus stop

then took 109 down to changi

prepared for race and stuff

overall comment on the race, it is one of my most tough race

its purely endurance

i jogged for about 2hours before i started havin cramps

afterwhich there was not a single station that had deep heat or salonpas

at that point

i wanted to walk all the way already

but i ended up joggin again

sucking up to the pain

but at some instances the pain was really too terrible to endure

so had no choice but to walk

while i was about 4km away from finishin point,

it rained like mad

and i thought organisers would tell us to take shelter

caus there were lightnings

but never

kills!

also, the distance felt wierd

2km suddenly felt like 3km plus

i dont think its only me

caus jonathan also felt that way

been runnin for quite a while

so can agar

and ive never taken so much energy gel before

damm

it sucks like mad

and my legs seems to not listen to me after runnin 30km

suddenly no feeling

madness

it's like the cushionin in the shoe felt hard like a rock

after crossin the fnish line

part of me just wanted to fall down and let the medic just carry me in

but it doesnt look like theres any medic

indeed there a sense of achievement

but the aftermath is mad

stand chart marathon?

hahaha

let me think about it first

took 109 home

took like ages to get off the bus

and my right ankle and left knee feels like its injured pretty badly

hurts when i walk

sighhs

pain pain pain

slept the whole day

climbed up and down the haus took ages

now i just decide to bring everything to my bed and do it there

too pain to move

oh ya

sufferin from abrasion too

kills!
