i cant tell you how glad i am just to actually survive training
missed it for 7 weeks and im really payin the price
the land trials already killed me
next was sea training
we had a mini regetta
there was seahawk,safsa,german dragons and etc
raced 350m like 4sets or something
i know do until wanna die
lol

just came back from joggin with fangs
pretty productive as compared to sunday

we did longer and we werent as tired as compared to previous run
if only every week is like this
study 3 days

today is yingwah's birthday!

went to meet maureen and jennifer in the afternoon at far east
lepak at gloria jeans

caught connected
pretty nice
then went city hall to meet baba, brenda, eugenia and amanda
did present shopping and bit of makan-in the same time
then we walked the perimeter of suntec lookin for the right busstop to take 196
oh ya
met don at citylink
then yea he joined us
dam loong never catch up with him
saw eunice at new urban male also
back to busstop
yea
walk till nearly leg break
then bus to yingwah haus
but we alighted one stop before
so walk again!

then we went to have macs for breakfast

then met up with xf to register for big walk and collect my new balance goodie bag

today
overslept for training

suddenly the thought of what lionel shared during cg came to my mind
in our lives, we have a relationship bank account
in other words, everyone has one
when u first know someone, they deposit some 'money' into the account
however,whenever that person disappoints you, the person make a withdrawal
caution, continual withdrawal will lead to bankrupty
its only at this time whereby the relationship becomes strained and quarrels and misunderstanding would happen at a more frequent rate
so what are you doing with your friendships? making deposits or withdrawals?

after the night cycling thingy
at night went to meet yunlu tanny and tq for dinner at the restaurant by the park
romantic uh
ahahaha
sat had cell
then watchin soccer at prata haus
sunday
helped yunlu with her newpaper collection
kills!
dam early
slept only 3 hours
then went for svc
after tt went hospital to visit kevin dad
tom pang liang mings car to Chevrons
at international business park
dam chio!
plus good food
fantastic!

it was the highlight of night cycling
anyway, we met up at around 130 to catch eagle eye
it was a pretty draggy in between
but oh wells
not say a very bad film la
then we headed down to ecp

didnt know we were like so early la
started at about 6
and the lady told us to return at 9am next morning
so its like 15 hours of cycling
maddness
we took about 2hours plus to cycle to changi village
dammit it was torturing
especially cycling on a straight stretch beside the airport runway
gonna run that bloody route again during new balance run
kills!
had a late dinner at changi village
then cycled back
along the way
only terence and ivan didnt have crams
so yeah
the pic above was us tryin to relief our crams
and the funny thing is that all of us ate noodles
and only the 2 of them ate rice
so they didnt had crams
like wow
alex cannot cycle of nuts
got cuts all over his body in the end
but

yeah
dam tired after reachin back ecp
slacked at macs
then cycled to katong to find out that everything is closed
so went back to macs to slack further
zz
waited for time to pass till 9
when we could return
by then we were like half dead
and to find out that we could actually return the bikes early
just throw the keys in
zz
ultra pissed
bus home
overslept
walked back 4 bus stops
best!
oh wells
but it was a fun experience lah
