the trainin started off with joggin
first few rounds no problem
we from the back overtake to front le
then at the 8th round
the president gain speed

at first can do 7
then 6
then keep droppin
den the ratio was like for every pull up u cannot complete, u must do 3 pushups

but the ratio change to 1:5

then next was circuit
also another mad one la
